Heysham

Walks are for sighthounds only, and generally held on the 2nd Sunday each month starting at 11:00 hours.  Please be aware that some attending can be nervous and not used to meeting other breeds of dogs. If you have a nervous dog please ensure it’s muzzled, and please keep all dogs on the lead at all times. There are many people behind the scenes making these walks a success - it’s a massive team effort, so come and join us - everyone welcome.

Our November walk is from Heysham Village, and the meeting point is the car park is on Barrows Lane (Behind the cricket club) - LA3 2RJ.
Please arrive for 10:45 for 11:00 departure. There will be a £1 a hound collection at the start of the walk - all proceeds to Retired Greyhounds South Lakes, and we will be serving tea/coffee and cakes from the van after the walk.
